<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Honourable Francis Albert Rollo Russell, Dunrozel, Haslemere</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix enquired with Harvey & Peak about Russell's lantern slides and finds the old coloured slides are not easily obtained now. The painting of them is an almost defunct art and Rix is sorry for it. Harvey & Peak suggest the only way would be to order them through an optician who could locate one of the surviving artists.

Rix was interested to see the announcement of Russell's book on 'Epidemics [Plagues and Fevers: Their Causes and Prevention]' in 'The Times'.</dc:description>
