Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Captain G C Burne, Trinity House, E.C. The lecture to which Burne refers was probably delivered by Mr [Nikola] Tesla before the Institution of Electrical Engineers in the rooms of the Royal Institution. It is said that it will mark an an epoch in the history of electricity. Rix suggests Burne write to the Institution of Electrical Engineers, Victoria Mansions, 28 Victoria Street. 13 May 1892
