Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor George Carey Foster, Fellow of the Royal Society Herewith Rix sends Dr Sprengel's statement drawn up at the suggestion of the Committee of Papers, together with seven numbered enclosures and a letter from Sprengel to the Committee [not attached]. These documents were referred to Foster at the last meeting of the Committee. Rix does not know if Foster will be able to report on the suitablility of the statements for publication before the 30 June, but this will be the last meeting of the Committee before the long vacation. 22 June 1892
