<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Lindfield, Portland Road, Notting Hill</dc:title>
<dc:description>The estimate for the engine-room [repairs] is a little high but is accepted. They are content with the terraccota paper for the servant's room and the paper for the Society's bedroom. The cornice had better be re-coloured to suit the paint and paper better. They would like the two rooms on the second floor done the first week in August. The basement must be done as soon as the Society can get rid of the dynamo. The had better not fix any date for the basement until Rix writes again.</dc:description>
