Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Sir John Lubbock, Fellow of the Royal Society The Treasurer, John Evans, has asked Rix to write and ask if Lubbock is willing to act as a Trustee in a mortgage which is about to be carried out by the Royal Society with the Duke of Norfolk. As Lubbock may remember, he was a Trustee in a former mortgage carried out with the same nobleman. 20 July 1892
