<dc:title>Copy letter from Theodore E James, to Professor Thomas George Bond Howes, Royal College of Science</dc:title>
<dc:description>The 'Catalogue of Scientific Papers' is not included among the publications of the Royal Society to which Fellows lay claim, hence it has not been sent to Professor [Thomas Henry] Huxley, and Huxley is not on the volume IX free list.

A good while ago Huxley sent a card saying he should purchase volumes IX-XI when out, but the Society supposes Huxley has not done so. On the back of the current number of the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', Howes will find particulars regarding the 'Catalogue', and see that applications to purchase should be addressed to Messrs Clay & Sons.</dc:description>
