Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs West, Newman & Company Lord Armstrong says that all the figures are very satisfactory, except figure two, where the white patches are too white. Rix encloses figure two with the original and asks that this be rectified if possible. A revision of this plate should be sent. [No enclosures] 24 September 1892
