Explains that the War Office wrote in March last year asking for advice on a claim from Messrs King, Mason and Schryver and that this was considered by the Society's Chemistry Committee who subsequently sent of a report in reply. Notes that he can find no indication of whether the claiments were or were not engaged to investigate the production of B-eucaine and akss if Dr. Philip can shed any light on the matter. </dc:description>
