Copy letter from Francis Alexander Towle, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to [Joseph Lawrence] Nayler Esquire, [Secretary of the] Aeronautical Research Committee; National Physical Laboratory Writes that they seem fated to miscommunicate about the meetings of Mr. [Joseph Lawrence] Nayler's Committees. Notes that Mr. Nayler's letter of June 16th explicitly said that the Engine Sub-Committee and the Reliability Panel Committee would meet at the Society on July 19th at 11.30am and 10.30am respectively, but noone has turned up. 19 July 1921
