Lowe], communicated by [Harold Albert] Wilson; and to suggest sending [Owen Wilans] Richardson 'Test on a Theory of Radiation' by [George Paget] Thomson, son of [Joseph John] Thomson who also communicated the paper; receiving the report by Strutt on 'The Photometric Matching Field' by [L.C] Martin, to be held over the committee meeting; and to ask for Strutt to look over a paper 'Molecular Scattering of Light on Carbon-dioxide at High Pressure' by [Chandrasekhara Venkata] Raman and [K.
