Asks Jeans whether the paper should go in Proceedings B. Forwards Lord Rayleigh [Robert John Strutt]'s reply regarding L. C. Jackson's paper 'Investigations on Paramagnetism at Low Temperatures', where Rayleigh suggests with humour that the paper (which is very long and not likely to appeal to a large number of readers) should be published in Transactions. 21 July 1923
