Copy letter from William Bate Hardy, Secretary of the Royal Society; to [Ronald Aylmer] Fisher, Esq Informs [Ronald Aylmer] Fisher that the Botany Committee will publish his paper ['The influence of rainfall on the yield of wheat at Rothamsted'] in the Proceedings if he can shorten it; advises Fisher that it is in his best interest to get the paper into the Proceedings and not the Transactions, as the Proceedings has a much wider circulation, and explains the difference between the two. 25 January 1924
