Rutherford states in a cover letter that both papers have been approved by Mr. [Ralph Howard] Fowler. Jeans asks if they should be printed straight away or sent to referees. 3: Asks for a referee suggestion for the paper ' The molecular structure of thin films, Part VI,' by [Neil Kensington] Adam and J.W.W.
