<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Secretary, Imperial Institute, S.W.</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix regrets to find some months have elapsed since the Secretary applied for any duplicates and sent a list of desiderata. The Library Committee meets only about twice a year which partly accounts for the long delay. The application was however considered but the Society has no suitable duplicates at present to offer to the Imperial Institute. </dc:description>
