Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Secretary, Imperial Institute, S.W. Rix regrets to find some months have elapsed since the Secretary applied for any duplicates and sent a list of desiderata. The Library Committee meets only about twice a year which partly accounts for the long delay. The application was however considered but the Society has no suitable duplicates at present to offer to the Imperial Institute. 14 June 1893
