Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr John Theodore Cash, Fellow of the Royal Society, University of Aberdeen Rix regrets to say Cash's paper is still in the hands of the second referee, to whom Rix has today sent a notice and hopes to get his report in time to deal with the paper on the 8th December. Cash's second paper was unfortunate in arriving just before the long vacation so that the first referee was much longer than usual in dealing with it. 1 December 1892
