<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] </dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix finds the enclosed circular in the Committee of papers portfolio [not attached], by which he imagines Messrs [Rubert William] Boyce and [A Ernest] Evans have not been informed of the destination of their paper. Discusses the relevant minute and notes the paper is in the printers hands and the photographs with Professor [Edwin Ray] Lankester.

The President [William Thomson] has been into the Society and mentions that he finds it necessary to send three addresses about the Duke of York's marriage and that the Society may have to call a special council to seal them. </dc:description>
