Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Librarian, War Office Library Rix has submitted the Librarian's note of yesterday to the principal Secretaries and is instructed to send herewith the accompanying number of 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' forming volume 49. The Society's own books seem to show that the 'Proceedings' were duly delivered and should they subsequently come to light the duplicates should be returned. 16 December 1892
