Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Secretary, Royal Medico-Chirurgical Society Encloses a letter from the British Embassy in Vienna and a book by Professor [Albert Wojciech] Adamkiewicz of that city [not attached]. Rix has not been able to find that any person at the Royal Society has made the enquiry in question and concludes the enquiry emanated from the Medico-Chirurgical or some other kindred society. At any rate the work will be better placed in their society. 5 January 1893
