<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Thomas McKenny Hughes, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix learned from Mr James yesterday that Hughes had complained of Mr Harker's certificate not having been resuspended. No certificates can be resuspended without a written application from one of the signers and the Society has not received any such application from Hughes this session. If Hughes will send one the certificate shall be put up forthwith.</dc:description>
