<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix does not know if Strutt is atteding to business yet, but Dr [Michael] Foster, thinks Rix had better send the accompanying circulars [not attached], with extracts from referee's reports. Those relating to biological papers Foster has himself signed and dispatched. There is a further communication from Dr Sprengel which Rix need not send down, but will keep for Council. Sprengel seems to have been taken by surprise by some of Sir F Abel's documents. </dc:description>
