Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lieutenant Colonel Sedgwick, 1 Devana Terrace, Cambridge Rix is instructed by the Officers of the Royal Society, before whom Sedgwick's letter of the 16th has been placed, to explain that the Society's regulations require that every paper brought before the Society should be endorsed by a Fellow, as suitable for reading at one of their meetings. The Officers are therefore compelled to return Sedgwick's paper herewith. 18 November 1892
