Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to E J Howard Rix finds that his arithmetic was at fault and Howard's cheque was not five but two and a half shillings short Rix therefore returns a postal order for two and a half shillings and encloses a receipt for the rent paid [not attached]. 21 April 1893
