<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Adjutant, Corps of Commissionaires, Exchange Court, 419 Strand</dc:title>
<dc:description>Asks the Adjutant to send a commissionaire to assist at the Society's Soirée on 10th May by keeping the hall and checking the stream of people. Asks for a man with 'some decision of manner'. Last year the commissionaire failed to come at one of the Soirées and this put them to great inconvenience. Rix hopes this will not occur on this occasion. </dc:description>
