Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Sir Edward James Reed, Fellow of the Royal Society Rix encloses a copy of the statutes which were sent to Reed at the time of his election. From page 26 Reed will notice that an appeal to Council is allowed and Reed's letter of yesterday's date shall therefore be laid before the Council at their next meeting and Reed will be advised of the result. 2 May 1893
