Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to John Murray, Broomfield, Midlothian Murray's letter of the 8th was sent on to Rix by Dr [Michael] Foster. The manuscript to which Murray refers is in the Society's possession and the President and Council yesterday granted leave for Murray to borrow it, and to publish any part of it Murray thinks desirable on condition that the manuscript itself not be allowed to leave the Society's hands; a copy must be made for the printer's use. 19 May 1893
