Copy letter from Francis Alexander Towle, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to the Secretary and Librarian of the London Library Informs the Secretary and Librarian that his letter, asking if the Royal Society will present the Philosophical Transactions to the London Library, will be considered by the Library Committee. Informs him that the London Library was originally removed from the list of presentations because that list was severely reduced, not in any way discriminating against the London Library in particular. 9 December 1929
