However, informs Acton that the Royal Society does have four documents mentioning Theobald: his translation of a Danish account of a gold horn dug up in Jutland, a document about inscriptions on wooden tablets from Tunis, an account of lightning damage to Shottesbrook church in Berkshire, and a secondhand account of his discussion on cattle plague. 31 January 1930
