<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster</dc:title>
 <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
Whiteman & Bass have now definitely declined to attempt Mr Newton's plates again. The Treasurer has authorised me to try another form, & The Camb. Eng. Co [Cambridge Engraving Company] have sent me an estimate for £24 which I have accepted as it was £2 less than Whiteman & Bass. We are sending the negatives.
Yours truly
H Rix'. </dc:description>
