<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Hartley, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
 <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
I have this morning heard from the Austrian Staatadruckerei that they are not allowed to execute private orders, and, therefore, cannot undertake to reproduce your spectra. We have just had some biological plates beautifully done by Werner & Winter of Frankfort. Would you like us to try them with spectra? Or, have you any other firm to suggest?
Yours truly,
Herbert Rix
