Two points are noted: firstly, that the instructions for further amendment to the drawings be seen to; and, secondly, that the signatures may be put lengthwise on plate 54 as the author suggests, unless plate 53 has already been printed in a different manner, in which case 54 should be made to match the previous plate. 23 October 1893
