It is therefore hoped that a diplomatic representative of the Netherlands might be present at the Anniversary Dinner of the Society. Foster hopes that Baron Gwen[?] will honour the Society with his presence on this occasion, and a card of invitation is inclosed to that effect.</dc:description>
