<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Manager, Whitehall Rooms</dc:title>
 <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
The list of toasts to print on the back of the menu will be as follows:-
The Queen
The Prince of Wales and the rest of the Royal Family
Her Majesty's Ministers and the Members of the Legislature
The Royal Society
The Medallists
The Guests.
Please note that this year The Queen is to be printed as a separate toast, not, as last year, to be conjoined with the rest of the Royal Family. Inclosed is a memorandum, which, if you will deliver to Harrison & Sons, they will hand you the die which you want for the front of the card.
Yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'. </dc:description>
