<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mrs Wheeler, 19 Grove Road, Brixton</dc:title>
 <dc:description>'Dear Mrs Wheeler,
As usual we fly to you in our distress. Poor old Mrs Brooker has had to give up work at last. She has been failing for sometime past, & the other day she was knocked down by a cart, which has quite finished her up. Now, can you find another charwoman for us? Such a one as Mrs Brooker, we shall never get again, but if you can find us one half as good we shall be both fortunate and grateful.
Yours very truly
Herbert Rix
