<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster</dc:title>
 <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
A signed form addressed to the Secretary R.S. [Royal Society] on behalf of Mr Oliver Heaviside has come to hand. It is headed "To the Relief Committee of the R.S". What am I to do with it? Is it really to come before the Scientific Relief Commee [Committee]? It has only one signature, & is apparently a "manifold" copy.
H Rix'. </dc:description>
