Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster 'Dear Sir, A signed form addressed to the Secretary R.S. [Royal Society] on behalf of Mr Oliver Heaviside has come to hand. It is headed "To the Relief Committee of the R.S". What am I to do with it? Is it really to come before the Scientific Relief Commee [Committee]?
