<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to F Howard Collins, Churchfield, Edgbaston, Birmingham</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
Unfortunately all the copies of the abstract printed for the meeting were used up, and I have nothing left but the original manuscript, which has some slight differences in wording. Still more unfortunately, the author left the manuscript of the full paper in a cab, and it has not been recovered. It will have to be written again, and there will, therefore, be some delay in publication. Perhaps that which I am sending you will do what you ask, namely, given you some idea of "its main points".
Yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'. </dc:description>
