<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Major-General Oliver, 25 Gwendwr Road, West Kensington, W.</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
Your certificate has not yet been resuspended. It can only be put up at the request of one of your proposers. General Thuillier was your proposer last year. We are not, however, allowed to remind him, or take any part in promoting the election of a candidate. The additional qualifications of which you speak can only be added on a supplementary certificate, and this can only be supplied at the request of the same proposer who orders the resuspension of the original form.
I am, yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'. </dc:description>
