<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to William Hart, 161 Copenhagen Street, Caledonian Road, N.</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Sir,
We should be very glad to see the engraving of Sir H. Popham, and the newspapers would be very interesting. We have many portraits of Sir Isaac Newton, but should like to see yours, on the chance of its being one that we do not possess. If you could bring or send these things one day and leave them for our Treasurer to see, they shall be guarded with care and returned to you safely if we do not purchase.
I am, yours obediently,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'. </dc:description>
