<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Sir John Evans, Treasurer, Royal Society</dc:title>
 <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
Prof. [Professor Harry Govier] Seeley's paper (No28) passed at the March Committee has been estimated, and will cost £28 for plates and cuts. I have seen him several times & done my best to keep the illustrations down. He will be content with two plates. It is about 1/4 of the usual cost of his papers. Dr Foster says I may put it in hand if you consent. Please let me know.
H Rix
