<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
I am sending you herewith two sets of the Procedure Committee documents, which I think are complete but as you have the Minute book I cannot be quite sure. You will bear in mind that I have not yet seen the minuted of the last Procedure Committee, and do not know for what date you have fixed the next meeting. (I have just discovered the date in your letter. If you will me know the hour, I had better send out summonses at once).
H Rix
