<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Sir Henry Enfield Roscoe, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir Henry,
Dr Schuster writes to know whether I have heard from you about a Committee meeting for the Joule Scholarship, and to say that he could attend if you are going to hold one on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday next. I may say that on Tuesday and Wednesday it will be quite impossible for us to have any committee meeting in this house, but we could manage it on Monday; otherwise it had better be held in the rooms of one of the other societies.
I am, yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.</dc:description>
