<dc:title>Copy letter from A H White, to Dr Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society</dc:title>
 <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
Lord Rayleigh called here this morning. He wishes you to see the enclosed, viz: - Referees' Reports on [Harry Govier] Seeley and ditto on [S P] Kramer & [Victor] Horsley. About Seeley you will remember that the question of illustrating was taken up while the paper, or rather papers, were still in the hands of the Referees. It is in this connexion that Lord Rayleigh wishes you to see the Reports.
Your obedt [obedient] servant
A.H. White'.</dc:description>
