He wishes you to see the enclosed, viz: - Referees' Reports on [Harry Govier] Seeley and ditto on [S P] Kramer & [Victor] Horsley. About Seeley you will remember that the question of illustrating was taken up while the paper, or rather papers, were still in the hands of the Referees.
