These show: title page from Baxter's 'Call to the Unconverted' translated into the Massachusetts Indian Algonquian language by John Eliot (1664); prologue page from illuminated Latin Bible from the Pirckheimer Library (c.1468); excerpts from an illuminated copy of Cicero's 'De Officiis et Paradoxa' (1466); engraving of the 'Apocalipsis Cu Figuris' from a large collection of woodcuts by Albrecht Durer (1511); original back binding of 'La Troisiesme Decade de Tite-Live' by Mary Queen of Scots (1580); title page of Shakespeare's second folio (1632) with rare variant spelling 'Coppies'. </dc:description>
