Manuscripts of papers published in Philosophical Transactions, 1840 The first of two volumes of the manuscript versions of papers published by the Royal Society in volume 130 of 'Philosophical Transactions', covering papers I-XIX. The second volume is located at PT/24. A note at the beginning of this volume indicates that papers IV-VII, X, XII, and XIV are missing. The volume includes some original illustrations and figures drawn in ink in support of the papers.
