<dc:description>Early version of figures 1-9 from plate XXV showing nine nebulae discussed in Parsons' paper. The nebulae are drawn in graphite. Figures 1, 3-4, and 8-9 were drawn by Mitchell, figures 2 and 5-6 by Stoney, and figure 7 by Hunter. The nebulae correspond, respectively, to numbers 15, 156, 232, 241-242, 262, 311, 315, and 327 in William Herschel's catalogue of nebulae. Later versions of these figures are found at PT/62/8/43.
