Referee's report by Raphael Meldola, on a paper 'Composition of haemocyanin' by A B Griffiths Not recommended for publication by The Royal Society. The work is 'of a very doubtful character''. He gives an analysis of a substance that is of doubtful purity and it is therefore somewhat suspicious. If the paper were to be published it would make the Proceedings 'ridiculous'.
