<dc:title>Referee's report by Francis Galton, on a paper 'An estimate of the degrees of legitimate natality as derived from a table of natality compiled by the author from his observations made at Budapest' by Joseph Kórösi</dc:title>
<dc:description>Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society', in part. The parts dealing with natality with respect to parental ages should be published, but is unsure about the rest. Suggests the author be allowed to withdraw any indefinite parts of the paper, and the Council be asked to delay decision until the paper has been read and discussed along with a short supplementary paper by the referee.
