<dc:title>Second referee's report by George Howard Darwin, on a paper 'An estimate of the degrees of legitimate natality as derived from a table of natality compiled by the author from his observations made at Budapest' by Joseph Kórösi</dc:title>
<dc:description>Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The figures are treated with 'greater elaboration than such rough statistics deserve', but admits to not being a statistician, and the author is clearly 'a man of great ability'. The plates are too large for binding, but could be folded. Recommends the paper be reviewed for use of English.
