Second referee's report by George Howard Darwin, on a paper 'An estimate of the degrees of legitimate natality as derived from a table of natality compiled by the author from his observations made at Budapest' by Joseph Kórösi Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The figures are treated with 'greater elaboration than such rough statistics deserve', but admits to not being a statistician, and the author is clearly 'a man of great ability'. The plates are too large for binding, but could be folded. Recommends the paper be reviewed for use of English.
