The paper should be published in full, except perhaps the part dealing with fermentation, this appears to rather detract from the value of the paper as a whole. If the idea underlying its introduction was that of emphasising the evidence that the author is dealing with a true yeast, a short summary of the facts could be included in an earlier part of the paper.
