<dc:title>Referee's report by Leonard Erskine Hill, on a paper 'The properties of the arterial and venous walls' by J A MacWilliam</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional Committee: Physiology

Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions, in full and without modification. All illustrations should be reproduced unless the expense of publication is too great. Several of the figures could be omitted without damage to the paper, they are however small help to make the paper clear. The paper is an important contribution to knowledge of the contractility and elasticity of arteries and non-striated muscle.
