<dc:title>Referee's report by Hugh Longbourne Callendar, on a paper 'The determination of specific heats, especially at low temperatures' by H E Schmitz</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Not recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. It is very diffuse and the methods do not mark any step in advance, but are rather crude. The results are not of striking interest and have been in the main anticipated. The abstract seems to contain all the points worth recording.
